I have watched many videos on the benefits of apple cider vinegar if you are a diabetic (and even if you are not). A quick internet search (or a quick LLM chat) will give you many blog posts and videos about it.
I hate how apple cider vinegar tastes on its own, but there is no way around this since I was not careful in my youth.
It is suggested to consume at least one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every day.
Apparently there are multiple ways to consume it, you don’t have to drink it on its own (you can). So after all those videos and blog posts, here is how I decided to consume it.
First, the most basic method. when I feel like I need water, I add some apple cider vinegar in it.
Second, it can also be used in seasoning. I’m looking into ways of doing this.
